Great workout headphones, little odd of a fit. 
These headphones are really good for working out. They stay on your head, sound good and the cord stays out of the way. I have used the Shure E2c headphones which are $99 or so for a year now, and they have superior sound and fit. The problem with them is that they have a freaking 4 foot cord and it gets in the way constantly. These headphones are far preferable for working out, though the fit is… interesting. They wrap around your head and fit snugly, however I find the ear piece slips around my ear and I am constantly adjusting them to make it less annoying. Stil, with the short cord and stability of the ear piece, this is a great product. Maybe I just have a massive head.
UPDATE: I do have a massive head.
Headphones
I enjoy running, and have been looking for headphones that were not heavy, stay in the ears, and deal with sweat. The sony Mdr-As50G headphones fit the bill. I was disappointed with the sound though, I have had cheaper headphones, (didn’t stay in the ears, or hurt) that sound much better.
Running
Great for running– decent sound, good fit. The design passively holds the earbuds in so they stay pretty well. It’s too bad you can’t adjust the spiral, the part that goes over your ears tends to come off while running occasionally– minor annoyance. I don’t think there is a better set for this purpose out there; if they fixed that design attribute, these would be perfect.
Most comfortable Earphone for Jogging 
My review will be very simple.
If your looking for comfortable earphone for Jogging this product will suit you very well. and you must have arm band for your mp3 player for maximum result.
Easy-On, Easy-Off, Stay-On & Sound Good Too!
My wife is an avid exerciser (Running, biking, cross-training) and likes these because they’re Easy-on & Easy-off…Stay On well. Her head is smaller but they seem to fit well and are very comfortable….I like the sound and fit. So I’m buying another set. :)Sony Mdr-As50G Active Style Spiral Neck-Band Headphones (Silver)
